School Administrators’ Personality Traits: Its Relationship to Teachers’ Performance

This descriptive study ascertained the perceived personality traits of school administrators’ and its relationship to teachers’ performance in public elementary schools district Estancia, Iloilo. The respondents were ninety (90) purposively selected teachers from Iloilo during year 2017-2018. A researcher-made questionnaire which was validated reliability tested used. results revealed that administrators had strong as by respondents, when taken a whole classified age (above 30 years old), sex, civil status, length service highest educational attainment. However, those who old below have very traits. In terms physical traits, except for aged above master’s degree holders social emotional moral both aspects all categories. satisfactory age, Results further no significant differences Moreover, between personal found.
